Frequently asked questions

Do you store my documents?
No. A statement is processed by the app the moment you upload it - the numbers inside it are saved, but the file itself is never stored anywhere, not even briefly.
Who can see my data?
Only you, signed in to your own account, can see your balances or transactions. That also means there's no way to recover access if you're locked out - so make sure you remember your email and password.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, any time, from Account settings. It permanently removes your account and everything in it - every statement, balance, and transaction - straight away, with no way to undo it.
