NCBA Tracker

Getting started

This app is not made by, run by, or connected to NCBA in any way. It's an independent tool for tracking your NCBA investments by reading the statements NCBA already sends you. If something's wrong with your actual investment or account, NCBA is who to contact - this app has no connection to them and no way to help with that.

What this app does

Add the monthly statement NCBA emails you, and it keeps track of things for you:

How to get started

  1. Create an account and log in. Sign up with your email, a password, and your portfolio code (the 5 or 6 digit code that opens your NCBA statements), then log in.
  2. Add your first statement. Go to Add a statement and upload the monthly PDF NCBA emailed you. The portfolio code you set when you signed up is used to open it automatically if it's password-protected. For the best results, find every past statement in your emails and upload them all at once, so your full history is here from day one - if you get stuck finding or uploading them, use Share feedback (at the bottom of any page) and ask for help.
  3. Check your Dashboard. Your balance and transactions from the statement now show up there, along with how they change over time.
  4. Log deposits or withdrawals as you make them (optional). On the Reconciliation page, add one as soon as you make it, and it's ticked off automatically once it shows up in a statement.
  5. Look at Fund insights. Fees, terms, and how each fund is performing against its benchmark, taken straight from your statements.
  6. Add a new statement every month. The Dashboard flags any gap between statements, so you always know if one's missing.

Your data

Only you, signed in to your own account, can see your balances or transactions - see the FAQ (in the footer) for more on this.

Getting help

Found a problem, or have an idea? Use Share feedback at the bottom of any page. That's the only support channel for the app itself - NCBA can't help with it, since it isn't theirs.

Frequently asked questions

Do you store my documents?
No. A statement is processed by the app the moment you upload it - the numbers inside it are saved, but the file itself is never stored anywhere, not even briefly.
Who can see my data?
Only you, signed in to your own account, can see your balances or transactions. That also means there's no way to recover access if you're locked out - so make sure you remember your email and password.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, any time, from Account settings. It permanently removes your account and everything in it - every statement, balance, and transaction - straight away, with no way to undo it.
